Socialburn originated in the mid-'90s around high-school pals Neil Alday (vocals/guitar), Dusty Price (bass), and Brandon Bittner (drums). After forming on the fly in their tiny central Florida hometown, the group expanded into the scene in nearby Tallahassee. Listeners took a liking to their straightforward post-grunge growl, and Socialburn was soon a hit at local radio. By 2000, guitarist Chris Cobb had been added and a self-released CD had dropped. SB branched out with gigs in Jacksonville and Orlando, hoping to generate label interest in an area already buzzing with the success of Creed.

Socialburn

Tell me, how does it feel
When it comes to you
And all the things you say to me
You make me feel like nothing
Like nothing
When you break me down
Ill fall apart and
Wrestle with myself, inside
Im nothing
And tell me, how should I feel
And all the games you play, on me
You still make feel like nothing
Like nothing
When you break me down
Ill fall apart and
Wrestle with myself, inside
Im nothing
(when you break me down)
(when you break me down)
(when you break me down)
(and all the things you do)
(like nothing, like nothing, like nothing)
Tell me, how should this feel
When it comes to you
And all the things you do, to me
This makes me feel like nothing
Like nothing
When you break me down
Ill fall apart and
Wrestle with myself, inside
Im nothing
When you break me down
Ill fall apart and
Wrestle with myself, inside
Im nothing
(when you break me down)
(break me down)
Im nothing
